Fell in love with Florida’s Kodak To Graph with his “I Keep Holding On” a track that sample Jackson 5’s “I’ll be there” and manages to call on the post-Burial taste for ghostly vocals, veers into a J-Dilla-like territory and Star Slinger productions.

Where do you live actually?

I live in sleepy little Pensacola, Florida.

What is the last thing you ate?

Well actually, ha. Um.. I just got back from this really southern hole in the wall kind of place, where I ordered some fried liver/bacon cheeseburger/and fries. Its going to haunt me!

Your addiction ?

Sleep is so tight!

What do you collect?

I used to collect like tons of little toy cars, and these little carpets with cities on them. Then I would take the cars and make up up tons of different scenarios for them..
But I leave the collecting to my lady these days.

What is your favorite word?

Gaze or Marble.

Sinewave synths doused in reverb!

What do you think about music industry?
There are so many people doing great things! Im really blown away by the amount of young producers out there doing super dope stuff!

What about Creative Commons?
Unfortunately Im not very educated on the subject but I use to use a lot of sounds from freesound.org which is this site thats full of almost any sound you can think of that are all licensed under creative commons. Very very neat site!

Favorite venue?
Favorite place I have been to is probably Glasslands in Brooklyn, and favorite place to play is definitely Trash Mountian(Always super wild!)

Favourite place on earth?

I feel like i haven’t seen enough of it to answer this but I would say out West like New Mexico, or this little village that my dad is from in Malayer, Iran! Super duper Gorgeous!
