Memory will rust and erode into lists of all that you gave me:

What do you think about music industry and filesharing/internet as a promotion tool?

I love it!  I’ve been working in the music industry since i was 17 years old, i know how to line up a reel to reel multitrack machine, that how old i am! So i’ve seen the music industry change beyond recognition. I have so many friends in the industry, and I’ve seen a lot of people give up, and the strange thing is, these are all the people that didn’t embrace the new technology. I think it’s great now that an independent artist can potentially get his music heard by thousands of people… i love the fact that the record companies as well are being brought to account about what they actually do to earn the huge percentages they take from the artists. I love thinking of new ideas to promote The Echelon Effect through these mediums. I simply wouldn’t exist without filesharing and the internet!

What do you think about Creative Commons?

It’s incredible! Its ideas like CC that embrace the new ways the arts industries operate. I think it encourages people with ideas to flourish. I love the fact that collaborations are happening everywhere, and new music/film/art is being made, all protected by CC, how can you not support that!?

Favourite concert?

So easy! Radiohead and Sigur Rós together, The Main Square festival Arras, France

Favourite venue?

I think it would have to be The Union Chapel in Islington, London.

Favourite place on earth?

San Francisco Airport

Where would you wish to wake up tomorrow?

Sacramento, California
